• All orders are carefully reviewed and processed within 1–3 calendar days.
• Orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing on the following calendar day.
• Processing includes verification of payment, quality inspection, and preparation for shipment to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.
Shipping Destinations
• We currently ship exclusively to the United States mainland.
• Free shipping and delivery services are only available within the continental U.S.
• Excluded regions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. minor islands, and all military bases. Orders to these locations cannot be fulfilled.
Delivery Time
• Standard delivery usually requires 13–15 calendar days from the date of shipment to reach destinations within the U.S. mainland.
• Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local holidays, weather conditions, or airline delays.
• While we strive to maintain accurate delivery estimates, occasional delays beyond our control may occur.

Order Tracking
• After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
• You can monitor the delivery status using 17TRACK for real-time updates.
• Tracking allows you to see when your package departs our facility, clears customs, and is out for delivery.
